How could you generalize this idea into a practice that is applicable to as many different kinds of participants in the CPLC as possible?
- ALL courses should infuse empathy and community building into all classrooms. Students come for the expierence but stay for the community
Identify anything that the University or the CoLab could do to help advance or support this practice.
- Normalize that is is okay to take time from the class to connect with students and let them connect with others. Instead of syllabus week, we should have connections week, but make space for community builiding throughout the whole semester.
