Zentangle® is a method of repetitive pattern drawing that can be very meditative. I became a certified instructor (CZT) prior to the pandemic in order to instruct others in this method. Many find practicing Zentangle® very helpful in dealing with anxiety, stress, pain (physical and emotional) or just very relaxing. During our times of social isolation I haven’t really been teaching but have had the luxury of time to dedicate to my own practice.
