This is a series of three conversations between the CoLab and interested faculty about how we incorporate values, vibrance, vulnerability, visibility, vision, and voice into the design of our teaching.

Each conversation will engage with two of these topics with pre-readings provided by the CoLab to help center the discussion. Expertise in these topics are emergent; no one right now claims to know everything about this work. Rather, these conversations will be an opportunity for us to define what we mean and begin to discuss approaches and future work.

Participants are invited to share their thoughts about this topic in our working document.
