The Remedial Herstory Project is a New Hampshire based nonprofit founded and led by Plymouth State professor Kelsie Eckert and other women educators and advocates. The RHP is dedicated to developing and providing inquiry-based learning materials on women’s history free to educators. In support of its mission, the RHP produces media, and provides resources and professional development in history for educators. Come get background on the RHP from Kelsie, including details on the types of resources they offer and how you could use them with students. We will also discuss the more philosophical perspective on why including diverse women’s achievements in our classes (regardless of subject) is important. Join Kelsie to learn more!
