Give yourself 15 minutes out of your Monday to practice being present and mindful! Self care is as important as finals, advising, and grading! Counteract all the stressors and join with PSU community members for a practice in being present. Join us on Zoom from 12-12:15 for Mindful Monday. You can register for all of them, but you really only need to register to get the Zoom link, which will remain the same for all events. Organized by Prof. Nick Sevigney.
