Workshop Description: PSU has undergone an incredible amount change as we attempt to create a model 21st century University. As our systems evolve, it is equally important and necessary to create a matching culture that honors the gifts and unique work of every employee. The Communications Survey helped us see that we have room for growth in this area. This workshop will explore what concrete steps we can take to help create a dynamic culture for every employee. In this workshop, Prof. Mark Fischler will introduce the research of Belgian Author Frederic Laloux and the 3 hallmarks he identified of leading edge 21st century organizations: self-management, wholeness, and evolutionary purpose.
