  • Develop ways to present my work to others so it can be seen as valuable “enough” to earn a promotion.
  • Discover resources that I can use to support myself and my students as professionals and in our personal lives.
  • Work to be part of a collective voice so that cultural and systematic changes can be made at PSU to make it a place where we all feel valued.
