Given my limited experience with pedagogy-specific training thus far in my academic career, I am hoping to
- better connect my values with my teaching style and approach
- strengthen the connections between the what, how, and why of my teaching
- and understand how my pedagogy and course goals can align to form better student outcomes.
Moreover, I am excited to learn from the group and build upon what experience I do have; using it as a launching pad to continue to build and improve my teaching.
