Designing Forward Track Preference

During summer 2025, all participants will complete three DF modules (one in person in May and two online between May-August). Two of the modules will be the same for everyone; the third one will be chosen from this list. Please rank these modules based on your own interests. You can read more about the modules on the Design Forward website.

Participation in Season One of Designing Forward will involve the following:

Attending the Spring Pedagogy Institute on May 20-21 (in-person)
Completing three Design Forward modules between late May and mid-August (online, asynchronous)
Attending a University Days session in mid-August (in-person, date TBD)
Attending 4-5 follow-up meetings during Fall 25 and Spring 26 (format and dates TBD)

Program Commitment(Required)

We understand that some of these dates are still TBD and things may come up. At this time, we’re asking you to strongly commit to the SPIN event in May and completing the modules over the summer and to commit to doing your best to attend subsequent meetings in August and throughout the academic year.
