About CoSA Partner Prep

CoSA Partner Prep is a student development program designed to provide student workers with a foundation in pedagogy and the values that the CoLab supports in teaching and learning: care, equity, and empowerment. Our goal is to support students as they partner and collaborate with faculty in the design of learning experiences, the discussion of challenges in higher education, and the innovation of teaching and learning.

CoSA Partner Prep in Context

The original CoSA Partner Prep program was developed by the Open Learning and Teaching Collaborative at Plymouth State University, and when offered there is inflected by PSU’s unique cluster learning model. However, Partner Prep is imagined as a program that can be offered in many different contexts.  Other offices and institutions are free to use and modify Partner Prep to their own unique needs, opportunities, and challenges.
