My primary goal for this DF module is to increase my understanding of pedagogy and develop my own pedagogy more. I’m brand new to teaching, though bring a lot of skills to the table from my past work (and life) experiences. So far, I’d really like to rethink the way I structure each class session and to bring more empathy and equity to the learning environment, offering more opportunities to guide students in reaching not only the learning goals for the course, but their own goals as learners (as has been noted by others here – thank you!).
