Where can I get help with Canvas?

Five Things to Know

  1. You can find the link to Canvas on My Plymouth under MyLearning.
  2. There is also a Canvas mobile app that you can find in the Google or Apple App Stores.
  3. If you are having a specific issue finding or using a Canvas course, reach out to your professor first; email is probably your best way to reach them. They may be able to explain or fix your problem without much trouble.
  4. If your professor can’t help you, they may suggest you contact the PSU Help Desk for more assistance. You can also use the Help menu on the Canvas website or in the Canvas app.
  5. If you believe you do not have access to a Canvas course that you are enrolled in, you can reach out to the Registrar’s office.
