GENAI tools are increasingly being used to generate images, audio, and even video of real people (doing and saying things they’ve never actually done). As this technology improves, what does that mean for our understanding of what is real and what is not? How do we prepare ourselves to navigate a world in which the things we see or hear may not be what we think? The activity asks students to “create” a person using GENAI tools as a way of exploring identity and reality.
