Every body is different but here is a breakdown of how to fuel your body each day:
- Whole grains: Approximately 3-6 servings
- Protein: Approximately 5-6 servings
- Dairy: Approximately 3 servings
- Fruits and Veggies: 3 cups of veggies and 2 cups of fruit
Try to avoid large amounts of sugar, processed foods, high fat content, or sodium
Limit your alcohol intake
