Week Nine Update

Just a reminder that we are NOT meeting this week for class. You should be continuing to work on your projects and your writing assignments.

Next Week’s Class (10/30)

Project Presentations

Next week, come to class prepared to share a five-minute presentation about your project. This doesn’t have to be super formal (you don’t need to prepare slides unless you really want to). I’m looking for you to tell the class about

• what your project is,
• what you’ve done so far,
• what (if any) obstacles you’ve run into,
• what interesting things you’ve done/learned so far, and
• what work you have left to complete.

Peer Editing

In addition, we’ll be doing a peer-review exercise of your IDS Topical Essay. The second draft of this piece is due today, so make sure you submit it in Canvas so we can work with that next week.

ePort Workshop

We’ll be spending time working on ePorts and making sure you have them ready for sharing your projects later this semester. Come prepared with questions!
