Work for Week 6

We have a lot of stuff going on over the next week in Seminar, so here’s a breakdown of everything to get done:

1. IDS Topic Essay:
   • Review the requirements of the essay that we discussed in class on Wednesday the 25th.
   • Quickly fill out this form to let me know what you are doing your essay on. Please submit this by Friday, September 27th!
   • Work on the first draft of your essay and submit it in Canvas by Wednesday, October 2nd before class.
     
2. ePort: Post about our readings and discussion on interdisciplinarity in your major, in particular the content, methods, and epistemologies of the fields in your major. Submit the link to your post in Canvas by Wednesday, October 2nd before class.
   
3. Action Project:
   • You should be regularly working on your project according to your proposal and timeline.
   • Write an update on your ePort about your progress so far and submit the link to the update in Canvas by Wednesday, October 2nd before class.
     
4. Read & Review: Choose and read one of these articles about the impact of AI on jobs/the workforce (Canvas login required). Come to class on October 2nd prepared for discussion.

In addition, check Canvas and make sure you’re up-to-date on any earlier assignments; in particular, if you needed to revise your project proposal (or haven’t submitted it yet) make sure that’s done and I’ve marked it as complete.
