As Retention becomes even more critical to our very survival the role of effective academic advising is of paramount importance. There are multiple approaches to consider. Let’s explore them together. This will be an interactive workshop so bring your thinking caps as we explore how we can best support our students here at PSU. This is Part One in a two-part Advising series. Part Two will be held in the Spring and be facilitated by Student Success Coach Kelsey Donnelly; it will focus on how our institution facilitates the transition between success coaches and faculty advisors. \nPart One workshop facilitated by Mark Fischler.
