We implemented various formative assessments from this text in our classrooms, and then evaluated the effectiveness of these assessments in enabling us to understand what our students know and don&#8217;t know, to be able to adapt our teaching accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>The Nursing program is pretty strict at PSU. I teach one course for this program and am required to take attendance daily, with a class of 40-60 students. Nothing kills the mood at 8 AM more than mandatory roll call! Starting this fall, I plan to end each class with a quick &#8220;Muddiest Point&#8221; survey. The students will scan a QR code and write down what they are most confused about from that lesson. Not only will this help me plan the next lesson, but it will also accomplish the roll call. I have no idea how to do the QR code survey, so appreciate any guidance on this.
