This is a sticky not have in my office, right next to my monitor. I primarily use it in my weight loss journey, but it’s a reminder for me to: Take the time needed, if it’s worth it. I also equate it to being present each day. Change takes time. It also reminds me that I may not be at the end of whatever path or journey YET, but it doesn’t mean I won’t get there.
In my teaching/learning journey, this process of developing my style and pedagogy will take time, will leads to bumps along the way, small wins, and a forever changing environment. However, trust the journey, trust the process becuase, it’s worth it.
