I have only seen cluster learning in my TWP class. Mine was about politics and learning the ins and outs of the political system. We also learned about the different parties and stances they take. I mainly learned about different vocabulary and also about how Americans view the political system.… Read more »
I have in most of my classes but most recently in my Anthropology class with Laura Tilghman. The cluster learning model was well integrated in her course and teaching. There was an interactive syllabus, self assessments/grading, and very open and diverse class discussions
I would say the most obvious example would be my Trail Stewardship INCAP class. There are students from all different majors, Adventure Education, Math, Environmental Science, Business, and Nursing.
